I need a Dr referral

Hi! Can anyone recommend a neurologist at UCLA in California? I live in Las Vegas and don’t believe I’m receiving the greatest of care. Thanks!

Hi Kim,

I was referred to UCLA in June 2012 and it took four months until I could get into see a neurologist. They assigned me to a neurologist in the headache centers as I was told that all facial pain patients see a neurologist in the headache center. I saw Dr. Mollie Johnston once and never went back as she won’t communicate with you over the phone or through email, only at appointments. Also, she pushed me the entire appt. to have an injection as that is her specialty. I was messed up by an injection I had done, so I told her I wasn’t interested, but she didn’t even listen. When I went to UCLA the only neurologist in the headache center was her and the director, but I looked on the website and there is now three other doctors. I am not saying they are all bad, that was just my experience. I am currently seeing a neurologist at Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills and he is really good. There is an awesome teem of nurses that are always there to help you between appt. and a resident on call if you need it. If you are interested, I would be glad to give you his name.

Hope you can find someone to help

Thanks Beth

Dr. Steven Graff-Radford at the Cedars Sinai Pain Institute 310-■■■■■■■■. He literally wrote the book and you can find any better. I hope it helps.
