My Dearest Friends,
I don’t know many of you, but we share a common bond. A common struggle. We live our lives differently and we miss what was once normal.
We’ve gone through doctors, medications and surgeries. We’ve tried countless methods. We know struggle. We know pain.
And… There are times when we feel, as I have before, like giving up. Not giving up on life, but giving up the fight.
We face an obstacle not hurdled by many. We face ignorance and opposition. At every corner we gave defeat.
But… We are still here. Seeking answers. Seeking relief. We are stronger from the very thing that ails us.
We know frustration and we know anger. We also know hope. Hope is sometimes dim, but it is never gone. It’s little light shines on.
For all those who don’t understand our plight - it’s clear! We must fight the good fight so they see us here.
So, when your light begins to flicker please know- that giving up isn’t part of who we are are an on we must go.
