hi ya smithy-lou ive been the same these past 3 weeks the pain is starting on the other side of my face.have you heard any news about your disabilty yet i do hope you can get it because they wont give it to me .there a bit diffrent here than in amercia i was working today and got the pain very bad at the time of pain i was carring a big pot of chicken curry out to the serving station and it fell out of my hand cos when i get the pain i just put my hands up to my face and try and stop the pain my boss was not very happy and she told me to go home and not come back in till i can work with out causing danger in the kicthen so now i dont no what to do cos i am the only one working and no money coming in to house hold hope you are ok x

Now I live inthe UK too and have had bi lateral Tri Gem for many years and many interventions but ky understanding is that it can;t actually travel across the face because each side the nerve starts from opposite side of the top of the spine so, you can have it both sides (bad luck like me) but not going across. Anyway if I can be of any help at all let me know. however I have recently udnergone aproceduce to free up the nerve from a double copression which was padded ten years ago which has left me very badly damaged now, but I have been treated in about four different units in the UK. So hoping you are not a bilateral suffer like me. All the best
