I just started Horizant 600 mg a day. I could not even tolerate 200 mg of Tegretol. So far, not so bad. Some dizziness in the a m, a little lethargic -- but it went away fast. I'm feeling great now -- I'm working and driving and feeling normal. Dr said it would take 4-6 weeks to know if it was helping - I'm extremely positive that this drug is the one - and I will get past the dizziness in the am......
Anyone else trying it????
