I have not been on the site in a long while, but really want to make an effort to start visiting on a regular basis. My status is still the same. Feeling some pain in 3rd branch of the Trigeminal nerve. I have started back on Tegretol, but a very low dose. It has kept the pain at bay for almost a year. I am starting to get a few episodes of breakthrough pain, but I have to say that the pain is nothing like it was before my surgery.
