Be very careful taking any immediate “holiday” from medications. Some meds you absolutely can’t stop cold, even for just two or three days. Really you should never skip a dose as your body has become used to the chemicals in the medication, tapering is always advised. In some cases the side effects/bounce back of an immediate stop are worse then side effects from taking the meds.

As I posted previously, it is wise to discuss any drug holiday with your doctor.
