Hello. I have not posted in an over a year and I thought I would post an update. I was diagnosed with TN . In August 2024. I was taking 2400 mg of gabapentin. 800 mg of tegretal and 20 mg of baclefen a day. The pain was breaking thru. I decided I had enough. And went to the facial pain clinic at mass general hospital and they performed an MVD procedure. I have been pain free for 14 months. If you are on the fence. Do it. It is life changing!
