# Travel after surgery

Does anyone have experience with air travel after surgery. I need to travel about 4weeks post surgery. Should I move surgery date.? Shared positive experience would be helpful

I flew 5 days after MVD and had no problem, I did have a little travel pillow with me to cushion my neck/head as I found when the plane was taxiing ( hitting bumps on the runway) the pillow helped to ease the movement. The actual flight was comfortable and didn’t affect me otherwise. My flight was about 3 hours…
