# Swelling with Gabapentin?

Hey guys,

Have you noticed swelling with Gabapentin? I woke up after the second day of taking it with facial swelling and mostly around my eyes. The strange thing though is that it's mostly on one side and it's the side opposite to the TN. I've had swelling in other places too and I'm wondering is this an allergic reaction?? I had Stevens Johnson Syndrome with tegretol so I'm extra cautious with meds now.....the things we have to go through!!! lol

It very well could be an allergic reaction. Contact your DR asap
