The last 25 years we treat facial pain by intraosseous blockades. The effect is very good. Effectiveness of intraosseous blockades is explained by important role of bone in the pathogenesis of facial pain. Incidentally, one of the mechanisms of efficiency MVD is decompressive trepanation of the skull bone. But, unfortunately, the osteogenic mechanism in the pathogenesis of pain is not taken into account, intraosseous blockades in the U.S. and Europe do not apply.

In my opinion and experience, intraosseous blockade can save more than 50% of patients with pain syndromes from having surgery.

I have tried Lyrica, Gabapentin and Tegretol with no relief. Being transferred to a a larger city. Don't know what to expect next, except it is getting worse fast.
