I thought this article was very encouraging. It sounds like some sense is finally being applied to the “crisis” the news keeps raving about:

> **[Federal Task Force Highlights Ways to Limit Opioid Exposure](https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/907112?src=wnl_edit_tpal&uac=289271PY&impID=1849652&faf=1)**

> A draft report urges a look at how reimbursement policies limit access to less addictive pain treatments. It also encourages a review of the potential benefits of physical therapies and meditation.

Are you kidding…Unless you yourself have had cancer, tn2, a fractured spine, etc. don’t even dream non use of an opioid based medicine can be replaced by those methods.

JUNKIES overdose. Patients using opioids= less than 2% overdose.
