I am having gallbladder surgery tomorrow, and needless to say I am extremely anxious. Major stress has been a trigger for me in the past. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to keep from triggering an attack, during this stressful period?
Good luck with your surgery tomorrow but relax I had GB surgery in 2010 and it was easier then going to the dentist. As long as they can do it laparoscopic its a piece of cake. You will go home a few hours after the surgery and will have very little discomfort. Dont stress about it GB surgery is the most common of all surgeries
Thanks for the vote of confidence. It does make me feel better to know of someone else who’s been in my place, and came out the otter end feeling ok. I will try to stay calm and I will be happy when the ordeal is over.
