Hi there, sorry not posted for a while, but busy trying to sort out this pain . I underwent bilateral coronoidectomy via a bicoronol approach ( cut from ear to ear. And had face peeled down) . Then four weeks ago had cryotherapy to the pre auricular nerve to see if that would help . I am waiting to see an anaethetists for a sphenoid palateral block. This apparently is temporary but we have run out of ideas . If it works then maybe look for something similar that will be permanent.
I would love to meet up with anyone just to thrash out ideas on what you have tried. Does the north west members meet if so please could you tell me where the next meeting is to be held .
I am currently attending pain coping with pain management. And they have referred me for some psychology sessions to help me deal in a positive way with this pain so I will let you
