I agree with what all the others have mentioned and can only stress how important that you have a neurosurgeon who has done HUNDREDS (or thousands) of MVDs and that it is his specialty. I did loads of research before choosing the surgeon and institution(Johns Hopkins in Baltimore) where I had my MVD last Oct. You are in my thoughts.
Dr. Lim is at John Hopkins-- if Dr. Casey retires in case I need him again --- Dr. Lim would be The One !
Yes, Dr.Carson truly has “Gifted Hands” & I read his books before he did the MVD on me in Oct. I am 68 yrs old & am enjoying a pain free life. I thank God everyday for guiding me to Dr.Carson!
