Time has gone by like a blur this week , Thankfully I have not suffered much from the TN in the hard days that occurred .
My Mother , Sheridean Kirklin 5-15-38 > 2-17-15 passed away peacefully Tuesday evening . She was in a happy place , surrounded by loved ones . She met a comfortable and dignified end thanks to the wonderful care and generosity of Hospice and a beautiful community facility. It was more than I could have ever hoped for. It saved me from having any regrets that enough was not done to give her the respect, care and love that she deserved during the last days of her life .
Now that the stressful period has passed , My issues have returned with a vengeance , Last night was one of the worst for a while with a severe attack beginning shortly after I fell asleep on the sofa at about 9PM and continuing every 1-2 hours all night till it drove me out of bed at 5AM . The pain also seemed to feel slightly different - more in the upper branch and lower branch of the Tri-nerve . No word from the VA on my MRI . I will contact them today. My life continues on and I must take care of myself now.
Thank You all for the support you give here , it does help to know that others understand the pain we go thru.
