The neurologist said that he won't raise doses of neurontin (2700mgs) and desiramine (50 mgs) and the neurosurgeon said when the pain gets worse (and it will) he starts with glycerol. He has a lot

of TN patients; I trust his judgment but am afraid of the injections and don't know what I will do

when I am "between a rock and a hard place". Have the worked for you? Have you had side effects?

Have you had good results? I don't care if the relief only lasts for 1 year - that would be worth it.

Any replies of good or bad experiences will be welcome. Joan
