Had to see my neuro today, emergency type appt, I got lucky he had a cancellation…last night was horrible!! Had my 1st real full blown attack and it sucked! Still does actually. Pain about a 9, couldn’t even lay down it hurt so bad. Until today I’d stopped all meds except Klonipin. He kinda looked at me like I was crazy when I told him I’d tried taking Tylenol pm to no avail, but what else was I to do??

So I now have Narco (supposedly the same as Lortab), and start Trileptal tomorrow. Heading to Chapel Hill soon for neurosurgery to see what options they have available. At 31, I don’t want to be on a bunch of meds. I just got married this year and I’d like to be able to go out and be a fun person with my husband. I keep my fingers crossed and prayers open for all of us dealing with these issues.

Thanks for listening/reading…Sarah
