Hi , it's Warrior Woman here. I just left the Dentist. What I find really does help is communicating with the Dentist. I tell them I will need my neck supported and that I will need swallowing breaks. Sometimes I support my Jaw with gentle pressure. All these little things help. I also ask the Dentist to be gentle. I practice Mindfulness. Close my eyes. Become aware of my body touching the chair, the sounds in the room,smells and taste in my mouth and on it goes. Good Luck. Always give your self a pat on the back when it's over
