Coping with the pain?

When my flare ups happen stress totally affects it… Not to sound to new age like but, you can kinda feel where you carry stress in your body, and I tend to feel it in my face and neck… I make a conscious effort to just try to let it or the stuff causing stress go. and relax my muscles… and it helps… again stress supplements in health food stores are mainly vitamin B. I do take a rather high dose 400-500 mcg a day… As far as upping the dose of Gaba. I would talk to you doctor about it… I’ve been on as little as 600mg a day an as much as 800mg 5 times a day. although I have not needed to be on that high a dose in a couple of years.

i agree with justin. GN becomes your best friend in a way. you carry it around with you everyday and you have to get to know it well so your body is in sync with it or you will just be fighting against it and making it worse.

crap back to work had to decrease meds just to function and i cant even stand the pain and the side effects!!!
