For me, cold wind and cold in general on my face is a major trigger of my pain, so i found a few things that work well.

1. A neoprene face mask, avalible fairly inexpensivly at a place called CycleGear (where i got mine) [Freeze-Out Face Mask](http://www.cyclegear.com/CycleGear/Street/Base-Layers/Head-Neck/brand/FREEZE-OUT/Face-Mask/p/39790_59409_91188)

2. A battery powered face heater that is worn under a fleece hood. It is something that I created and have the plans for. Please inbox me if you would like me to send you plans and a materials list. They're pretty simple to make and fairly inexpensive. And work amazingly well! :)
