Note to TN Friends…It was the most beautiful end to a rainy and windy day here in Southern California. I’ve always loved taking a brisk walk in the crisp and clean air…but the unbearable pain of being outdoors and in the wind for even a moment today was unbearable. It reminded me of MAJOR BRAIN FREEZE, AND THAT INITIAL BRAIN FREEZE JOLT, repeated over and over. THE GOOD NEWS …I THINK THAT FINALLY I’VE FOUND AN EXPLANATION MOST PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND IN TERMS OF WHAT THIS KIND OF FEELS LIKE, and for times a long explanation isn’t appropriate or wished for.
